Bruschetta Wannabe

Let me share another skill that I gained as part of my learning process in this town. A desperate student who was willing to have a party with special food ended up with a recipee of somekind of bruschetta that copied from a friend (thanks maxi!). All you need is :

- Bread (without knowning the exact type of the bread,,but the common bread to make bruschetta ,, ;p)
- corn
- tomato paste
- fine chopped onion
- chopped mushroom
- fine chopped capsicum (if you like)
- cream
- grated cheddar cheese
- oregano
- meat (ham, salami, or anykind of meat that you like)

steps:
Topping:
- mix mushroom, onion, capsicum, corn, gratted cheese, and cream in a bowl
- don't forget to add in salt and pepper
- stir untill they are well-blended

- slice your bread
- spread tomato paste on your slices of bread
- add up the topping
- garnish with oregano sprinkle
- preheat your oven (aprrox. 200 degree)
- finally bake them for 10-15 mins

ps. some tips: you can design your own topping,,how cool is that!

hope you'll like it!
