Too Many Spicy Chicken Wings in November
I’m not pretty sure what’s happening to me this month but November makes me think a lot. Yet November also makes me discover new ideas (specially about food and cooking ;p). Inspired by some BBQ invitations, I let myself explore Ruby’s kitchen (sorry for the mess ruby,,;p). However, I’ve finally managed to create the best chicken wings marinate ever (haha..). Now, I am happy to share my spicy chicken wings recipe with you guys =)
First, the main thing would be 12 chicken wings (doh,,of course indri ;))
Then, to make the marinate you would need
- 1 Table spoon of minced Garlic
- 1 Lemon grass stick (crushed)
- 0,5 cm of Ginger (crushed)
- Just a bit of ginger plant powder
- 3 table spoon of Soy Sauce
- 3 table spoon of Sweet Soy Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 table spoon of Sesame Oil
Finally, the steps are:
- Chop the wings into halve
- Mix all the ingredients and the wings in a big cooking bowl
- Stir them for a while with your bare hand (just make sure you marinate all the wings)
- Store all the marinated wings in the fridge for min. a hour (max. 1 day)
- Then Grill or BBQ them min. 20 minutes with max. Heat (220-250°)
Share them with your friends and tell them that you got the recipe from me,,lol,,Good luck!

Life outside the box
As I left my comfort zone almost a year ago, I realized that I have to start my life here with nothing and no one. Being far away from home is challenging yet frustrating.
I have a box of life and dreams before. I see some people in that box are happy, some are struggling and some are waiting. I envy their boxed life. I wish I can be inside the box again. But here I am now, living outside the box with different dreams, will the box be open again for me? Or should I just buy another box and fill it up with new life and new dreams?
O dear life,,where will u take me next year?

The sexiest men alive on my list
Thom Yorke
He’s not even close to the sexy definition but he has the charisma. He has the soul that can touch you with every song he made. He inspires other musicians. He can intrusively appear in my playlist, picture collection, and even my plan. He is just ordinary man with big achievements.
Brandon Boyd
He’s close to the definition of sexy. He has the look, he has the charisma and he has the attitude. His ordinary yet sexy smile can blow me or even you away.
Benicio Del Toro
He may not be as sexy as you guys think, but he has great works. He seriously can act. He lively plays the character. He is one talented actor

2 things on my head today…
It is dark in this living room 9.31 pm and I’m still sitting here with my computer, checking e-mails, and YM-ing, and Facebook-ing for the whole day. As the day has gone by, I observed, thought and learned about things. I learned about setting priority and I learned about other people.
I’ve been wondering within past days what would bemy priorities this year? I want to past all my subjects this semester that’s for sure, but I want more. I need something else to hold on to. I need dreams and hope, and I just realize that I lost my power of believing in something but JC! Would I be too hypocrite if I don’t go to church and still want Jesus to help me in any ways? I just don’t know where to start in believing all my dreams again,, Oh Dear God I’m writing this for you.
I also learned about how a love can be manifested in either good or bad ways. Sometimes when you think negatively about your partner doesn’t always mean that you are being bad to him/her. It might be your manifestation of how you love her/him that much. But I still don’t understand how can you live with those ideas? In my opinion, if it was all too damn painful then why don’t you just leave your partner for good?
It’s not love if it hurts one side. It’s also not love if they keep hurting each other. Well yea I’ve heard that ‘to love and to be loved does hurt’ however you have to say enough to yourself when it’s enough. I’m not talking as a master of love here (sound so crappy) but I’m talking as a friend...O my dear friend you know what would be best for yourself.

Is it the video or the Issue?
source : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdrCalO5BDs
I don't know which one should be my consideration. Is it because the band or the issue that captured in this video.
The issue in this video revealed the reality in the third world nation, especially in my country. If you have time to take a look at your pair of branded shoes you might find that they are made in China or Indonesia. Well yea this thing really happen, children are working to support the family financial condition here. They don't even have spare time to catch up with one another in shopping malls or coffee shop like you and me usually do. When they have leisure time the would play with their friend on the street and learn about a lot of things that they are not suppose to. So if you are proud of your branded identity there, don't brag! You are just one of the person who make such system goes. You are responsible for the child worker who are not well paid here.
Just take your time and think when you buy a branded goods, brand is just one of the image and identity discourse. You are still what you are without any brands stick on your head, body, or feet.
